My 17th Term of teaching just started. I look at every new term as an opportunity to find new ways to make everything much more interesting, and much less boring. Any advice?
Does the school poll students for feedback? If so, then you can use last term's info for this term.
Also, how about finding out who the most popular teachers are (aside from you, because we already know your classes are in high demand) and sitting in their sessions? If you can't, maybe ask them how they keep things fresh and engaging?
Hard to believe this is #17 for you. Galing mo talaga!
Thanks D! Wala akong masyadong magamit from the student feedback. I guess as far as Accounting goes, ok na sila with my style as long as they can answer the exams on their own. And Accounting is usually challenging for all students, can't really compete with Marketing and Strategy classes, yan ang love nila regardless of the teacher...
I know, I've been teaching for almost 6 years na...
