Weekend Fun

It was another long weekend in Manila, no work last Friday :-)

October 12- Friday

Though Hubby had to work up to early afternoon, we went out late afternoon with his parents.
1. Lunch for me and merienda for them at Cafe Bola, Greenbelt 3. This is turning out to be one of our favorite restaurants. I had the adobo flakes with kesong puti again, while hubby got the carambola with mushroom sauce. My in-laws shared a chicken asparagus sandwich.
2. Went to Abenson-- and came out with three purchases:
a. Found the perfect cooktop -- an Elba in stainless steel
b. WOW Magic Sing -- hehe
c. Food processor -- can't wait for more of Hubby's pesto sauce
3. Dinner and dessert at Razon's
4. Hubby and Father-in-law installed our new cooktop. It really looks great!

October 13 - Saturday

1. Lunch at the Baptismal Reception for Baby M, daughter of Hubby's cousin TS and wife GS in Gloriamaris, Greenhills. Peking Duck!
2. Pasyal at Alabang Town Center. Body Shop was on Sale. Bought 3months supply of home fragrance oils at Buy 2 take 1. But they were still more expensive than the Bath and Body Works oils I asked my friend DL to buy in the US at only $3 each (from $7.50). Can't wait to take them home in January.
3. Dinner at my Parents', with my sister and my brother's family. Baby S is absolutely adorable. She now knows how to kiss already (both flying and on the cheeks) and is really malambing.
4. Coffee and dessert with Hubby's cousin FF and wife LF at Churritos Cafe in BF Paranaque.

October 14 -Sunday

1. Tested the Magic Sing:-)
2. Cleaned the house
3. Lunch at KFC, Powerplant
4. Mass at the Powerplant
5. Dinner at Gram's Diner

Bitin pa rin, but enough to keep me going for the week...
