After a few hours, here I am, taking it all back:) Chowking responded to my text message offering to deliver the missed items to my home. Hey, I'm not that hard to please. I received the Tofu around 3 hours after my original text message, which is by the way Globe's fault -- but that's another matter for another post. I could have gotten it earlier, but it's ok, at least I didn't waste any money today. First thing I did was to email Chowking again to thank them for the attention.
So, I take everything I said back, and I will give them another chance:) Lessons learned: Check your Take Home orders, and, some companies do take Customer Service seriously. The next time you feel unhappy about service that is given to you, speak up!

Hurray for Filipino companies who take customer satisfaction seriously! Nestle, Selecta, Kimberly Clark and Colgate are companies with good customer care depts. I called Nestle recently to complain that their "Banoffee" ice cream smelled and tasted like medicine. They came to the house to replace the product. With Selecta, KC and Colgate, they replaced the product and gave me another one free!
