Meet My New Best Friend

omg! you lost 2 lbs na? what's your diet? I need to lose weight too. I joined the gym, see how desperate I am???!!!

Hi Tina! So far, I just count calories. I'm limited to 1,200 calories a day. To give you an idea 1 cup of rice or 2 slices of bread is already 200 calories so I try to cut this down. Also limited to about 240gms of meat or fish a day. So far, I try to just eat vegetables so that I'll always fall below 1,200 calories. But, I don't believe you really have to lose weight:-)

i was on a 1,500 calorie diet when I was pregnant so I know how it feels...torture. After giving birth, I just ate and ate and gained so much weight.

Hahaha! Torture indeed! But don't worry you don't need to lose weight noh, so just enjoy the food there in Canada:-)
